Playing the seaside card with the development of a beach club

Vincent Clinckemaillie, the new general manager of Le Méridien Beach Plaza, has been in post since February and has developed a complete beach club for his establishment, where he intends to overhaul the restaurant offer in the short term.

He may have worked in Belgium, Paris, Cairo and Nice, but he is in a sense the "local of the stage". Appointed General Manager of Le Méridien Beach Plaza in February 2023, Vincent Clinckemaillie is making his return to hotel life in Monaco, where he held the reins of the Riviera Marriott in Cap-d'Ail from 2015 to 2020. In the meantime, he was commissioned to open the Rabat Marriott Hotel in Morocco and reposition the Jnan Palace in Fez.

Today, in Monaco, he represents the American Marriott group, the world leader in luxury hotels with 31 brands in its portfolio. And he has been commissioned to write a new page for the Monegasque establishment, which celebrated its half-century last September.
What's his roadmap? It's very simple," he says. My speciality is restaurants. I've launched a lot of concepts over the course of my career. And now I'm planning to revitalise the restaurants at Le Méridien Beach Plaza".
