Changes to a number of projects currently underway in the Principality of Monaco were voted on at an extraordinary session of the local council last Tuesday.
They were all passed unanimously.
The Princely Government wished to make some changes to the urban planning and construction projects currently underway in the Principality, in particular to make the whole area greener and more airy, and sought the opinion of the local councillors, who met in extraordinary session last Tuesday. All the proposals were passed unanimously.
The sectors concerned
Several sectors are affected by the changes introduced by the State. Firstly, the Clotilde and Rosario development in the heart of the Jardin Exotique district. There is also the Grand Ida development and the area under study. Finally, in the Monte-Carlo district, the sector to the right of the Fleurs area is also targeted.
With regard to the Clotilde and Rosario development, like the Grand Ida project, the broad outlines of the project as a whole have been maintained. Namely, the reference construction index and density. The same applies to the other two sectors.
