Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno opens his Japanese restaurant "Abysse Monte-Carlo" at the Hermitage

With L'Abysse Monte-Carlo, his second restaurant in the Principality, the multi-starred chef aims to offer his clientele a new high-flying gastronomic experience.

At L'Abysse Monte-Carlo, there's no need for a diving suit - you'll be able to travel with chopsticks in hand. This Wednesday at dinner, Yannick Alléno will welcome the first guests to his new restaurant in the Principality.
