In this area of Monaco, the average price per square metre exceeds €62,000

After approaching €52,000 in 2021, the average price per square metre in Monaco will fall slightly in 2022. In the Larvotto district, on the other hand, flats are selling for much more. Here are the details.

After having approached 52,000 euros in 2021 - an all-time record - the average price per square metre in Monaco (*) will fall slightly in 2022. It is still above the symbolic 50,000 euro per square metre mark at 50,982 euros.

The most expensive flats are sold in Larvotto

It is still in the Larvotto district that flats sell for the most money: 62,351 euros/m² in 2022, i.e. +4.4% compared to the previous year.
In the rest of the country's districts, Fontvieille, Monte Carlo, La Rousse, La Condamine and Jardin Exotique are seeing their prices per square metre decrease. In the Moneghetti, the price per square metre rose by 11.6% to over 42,000 euros, "its highest level after 2019".
