Jonathan Barbagallo and Pastry Chef Cyril Natta win the Christmas dessert competition in Monaco
With his team from the Café de Paris, Jonathan Barbagallo, 24, from Dracene, won the Christmas dessert competition created by the Société des Bains de Mer de Monte-Carlo.
His creative imagination paid off.
Presented during the Christmas Entremets competition offered each year by the Société des Bains de Mer (SBM) in Monaco, "Le Moulin à Musique" made the difference by winning all the votes.
This was a big surprise for the young pastry chef from Dracen, Jonathan Barbagallo, who created this original dessert with Cyril Natta, head pastry chef at the Café de Paris since 2008.
