The Government of Monaco requires that signage lights be turned off from 11pm to 6am
This new measure applies to business premises until 30 April.
Until 30 April, signs in the Principality of Monaco may no longer be lit from 11pm to 6am. This was announced on Wednesday by the Princely Government in a press release. "The Princely Government has just set out in a ministerial decree dated 10 February the arrangements for the extinction of interior lights, as well as the façades, shop windows and signs of certain business premises, which will be in force until 30 April 2023."
Including screens and light patterns
This includes interior lights, shop fronts and windows. "This extinction also concerns the interior lighting of premises, including that produced by any screen or luminous motif," the press release states.
