after managers acquitted, the public prosecutor appeals

While three former employees of the nightclub were convicted, the court acquitted its manager, Samuel T., and its former director, Pascal C.. The public prosecutor's office will appeal on Wednesday.

In April, the pimping trial in Monaco caused a stir well beyond the borders of Monaco. Firstly, because it involved the Sass' Café, one of the country's most exclusive nightclubs, popular with celebrities. Secondly, because it raised the issue of the tolerance of prostitution in the Principality, a legal and regulated activity. On Tuesday, the Criminal Court handed down its long-awaited verdict, with mixed fortunes.
