After a strong thunderstorm, today the power in Monaco and the neighboring towns has failed for almost an hour.

After the last very hot days in the region, there was a violent thunderstorm. For about half an hour, it flashed and thundered and then the electricity in the region had failed.

The big hotels and hospitals were able to activate their emergency power regattas until the power was back at 10:30 am. In the meantime, more than 80% of the houses remained without electricity and the mobile network was completely failed.

In between, everything is back to normal.
