At the end of the night, the Union list wins all 24 seats in the National Council
After 4 hours of counting the ballots, the list led by Brigitte Boccone-Pagès won all the seats in the Monegasque Assembly on Sunday evening at the Espace Léo-Ferré.
After the abstention, the blank and void ballots complicated the task of the assessors, this Sunday evening during the counting of the ballots of the national elections.
As a result, at the time our paper went to press (00:30), the NIM list was close to 10% and the Union list was not yet guaranteed to win all 24 seats in the Monegasque Assembly.
At 1.00 am, the end of the counting was pronounced. And the reckoning could begin.
With 72,602 votes for the Union list, against 8,401 for the NIM list, the team led by Brigitte Boccone-Pagès, outgoing president of the National Council, was elected in its entirety and will occupy all 24 seats in the Assembly.
Nathalie Amoratti-Blanc received the most votes on the Union list (3,164); Jean-Charles Tonelli was the most popular on the NIM list (770 votes).
