The Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac restaurant in Monaco was awarded its second Michelin star on Monday 18 March.

The restaurant at the Hôtel Métropole offers "contemporary and gourmet" Mediterranean cuisine. 

In Nice, ONICE and Racines were awarded first stars. In Mandelieu-la-Napoule, Bessem also received its first star.
