The Larvotto supérieur development project, with its 35 state-owned flats, is unveiled in Monaco

The local councillors have given their favourable opinion on the "Larvotto supérieur" project and its 35 state-owned flats planned for 2027. Ground-breaking is scheduled for the end of February.

For the time being, all that is involved is a simple 1,083 m² plot of greenery, raised by a stone wall opposite the Estoril building. Surrounded by the 'Radieuse', the Larvotto Tower, the Floridian Palace and the Belvedere Palace in a highly urbanised area.
