Since Monday, the health pass is compulsory for everyone in Monaco's bars and restaurants, except on the terraces for Monegasques, residents and employees of the Principality. 

When it comes to the new sanitary measures affecting Monegasque restaurants, opinions are very diverse. Some see it as a desire to give more advantages to the people of Monaco. "I think it would have been illogical not to be able to go to a restaurant in your own country if you were not vaccinated", says one customer.
