An update on the construction sites at the western entrance to Monaco

By 2023, the 1,820 space car park will be delivered in this strategic sector through which thousands of people pass every day. In the same year, the Exotic Garden should reopen.

In just a few years, the western entrance to the Principality has undergone a spectacular transformation. In July 2016, the inauguration of the Albert II tunnel allowed for a better distribution of road flows to the city centre.
Since then, in this strategic sector, cranes have been lining the horizon due to a large-scale project, combining two operations, one private and the other public. First, there is the Exotique, a real estate complex of 66 prestigious flats, whose Mediterranean silhouette can now be seen from the Moyenne Corniche.

According to our information, its provisional reception is scheduled for 30 June. In the continuity of the boulevard of the Exotic Garden, a car park of 1820 places is also under construction.

On the other side of this main artery, the Exotic Garden is being completely restructured.
