The Lebanese restaurant Em Sherif reopens for a second season at the Hôtel de Paris in Monaco

Em Sherif, season 2. The Lebanese restaurant, housed on the ground floor of the Hôtel de Paris since last spring, reopened its doors to customers this Tuesday evening.

In the kitchen, we find the lively Yasmina Hayek, daughter of the founder of the brand. A pure product of the Paul Bocuse Institute, the chef has redesigned the menu, combining modernity and tradition with talent and ease.
The arrival of live music

In the dishes, as generous as they are refined, we find the unavoidable dishes that made the success of the first season: the Siyyadiyeh, a whole sea bass stuffed with caramelised rice, its crispy onion and cumin sauce, or the two mezze, the Hummus snoubar and the Muttabal. In addition to the above, the menu has been enriched with new dishes typical of the Land of the Cedars: grilled meat, known as Mechwi, available in five versions, as well as Lobster Moghrabiyet and Sharki rice.

A signature dessert has been created just for Em Sherif Monte-Carlo: the Baklava with its pistachio variation in several textures. The other great novelty of the summer season is the arrival of live music at the heart of this restaurant on the Place du Casino.

No less than 34 dates are programmed until September 30th, when the den of Lebanese gastronomy will close this second season: a DJ evening between percussions, sax and vocalist on the rhythms of the international artist Faylasuf with electronic influences and Arabo-Andalusian inspirations.
