Incidence rate on the rise again, will Monaco face an 8th wave?

With the start of the new school year and the return to work, the incidence rate has risen again in Monaco. But for the time being, the situation at the CHPG is not worrying.

All the indicators are there. And the 8th wave of Covid-19, announced by scientists, seems to be settling in the Principality. What impact will it have? On Friday, during a press conference at the start of the new school year, the Minister of State, Pierre Dartout, did not seem, for the time being, to be too worried.

"Since the end of August, the incidence rate had stabilised at a relatively low level (between 80 and 100) but over the last few days, an increase in the number of cases has been observed, causing the incidence rate to rise again over 7 days...
