No more masks in schools and no more health passes in Monaco
The evolution of the health situation allows restrictions to be lifted once again: no more masks in schools from Monday, the health pass requirement abolished from 14 March... A return to almost normal conditions.
Insofar as the favourable evolution of the health situation is confirmed, the Prince decided on Friday to continue with the easing of the health measures as proposed by the Princely Government after consultation with the National Council.
Thus, as from Monday 7 March, the obligation to wear a mask in school will be abolished, both for pupils and teachers. Nightclubs will also be allowed to reopen, but according to a health protocol that will be decided this week in consultation with the professionals.
From this Monday, the isolation protocol for family contacts of vaccinated persons has also been modified: in concrete terms, a vaccinated contact case living in the same household as the positive case will no longer be excluded from school or work as soon as he or she obtains a negative result from a PCR or antigenic test carried out on D0 or D + 1.
Finally, as of Monday 7 March, the obligation of a health pass will be abolished for personnel working on building sites.
