The work is progressing well.

A project of considerable scope and ambition is transforming the residential landscape of the Principality of Monaco. L'Anse du Portier is not only the most avant-garde and innovative construction project in Monaco, it is also the most ambitious in Europe. The cost of the construction of this peninsula amounts to more than 2.4 billion dollars, and will allow the creation of a new district of approximately six hectares (residences and public spaces), attached to the Larvotto beach. .

An eco-district, including villas, houses, and high-end apartments, imagined by the firm Valode & Pistre in charge of the overall plan of the project, the architectural design of infrastructure and public facilities, the architectural design of the central district known as “Les Jardins d'Eau” as well as the Colline district which houses the exhibition rooms in extension of the Grimaldi Forum, in partnership with Renzo Piano, winner of the Pritzker Prize, in charge of the Port district, Michel Desvigne in charge landscape, and the Monegasque architect Alexandre Giraldi, will be built to meet the growing demand for luxury properties in Monaco. This new prestigious district promises to become the most popular of all and eclipse the current upscale districts of the principality.
