Everything you need to know about the 91st Monte Carlo Rally on the eve of the start on the Casino square
One day to go before the start of the 91st Monte Carlo Rally on the Place du Casino. A myth to climb for 75 drivers in front of a crowd that promises to be dense during the classic and secure stages.
The first of the 13 stages of the 2023 World Rally Championship, the 91st Monte-Carlo Rally will start from the Place du Casino this Thursday at 6.30pm, in front of a packed crowd of prestigious officials and guests.
75 highly motivated drivers will start! "The maximum number of entries for the curtain raiser of the series was reached before the closing date for entries", notes the enthusiastic promoter of the WRC championship.
With the health situation in the Principality having improved considerably, there will be no restrictions on spectator access to the Casino de Monte-Carlo, where the drivers will be up close and personal during the autograph session scheduled for between 5pm and 5.30pm. This is just one hour before the start of a three-star Monte-Carl' event, as three former winners are entered: Sébastien Ogier, Thierry Neuville and François Delecour (WRC2).
