The stage is set for a spectacular event in Monaco's harbor

The opening round of the World Rally Championship (WRC), the 94th Monte Carlo Rally will take place from January 22nd to 25th, and for the first time since 2008, a Special Stage will pit the drivers against each other in the heart of the Principality!

For the first time since 2008, a Super Special Stage of the 94th Monte Carlo Rally will be held in the heart of the Principality of Monaco on Saturday, January 24th, 2026.

In recent days, the teams from the Automobile Club of Monaco have begun marking out the course and positioning the safety barriers.

The course will include two laps on the lower section of the Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit, with several chicanes, including a "donut" corner, for a total of 2.69 km around Port Hercule.

The timed event will begin at 6:35 p.m. on Saturday, January 24. Access to the site is free, but you will certainly need to arrive early to find the best spots.
