After the final technical adjustments, 86 cars headed to Valence - Monaco being one of the four concentration cities with Bad Homburg, Reims and Turin - to reach the starting town of the 27th edition of the Rallye Monte-Carlo Historique.
Since Wednesday, vehicles have been arriving in dribs and drabs to park on the Quai Albert-Ier and carry out checks.
Starting from the Drôme, 17 regularity special stages and 1,687 kilometres now await the 221 competitors.
