From 4 to 6 July, Port Hercule will be buzzing to the rhythm of the Longines Global Champions Tour-Jumping International de Monte-Carlo. Every year for the past 29 years, the Principality of Monaco welcomes the world's best riders and horses for 3 days of sport at the highest level. On breathtaking sites steeped in history such as the Circus Maximus in Rome and the Champ-de-Mars in Paris, the Longines Global Champions Tour takes up the challenge of taking equestrian sports to places where they are least expected. Moving from one continent to another, it stops off in some of the world's most beautiful cities, including Paris, London, Mexico City, Cannes, Monaco, Stockholm, Rome and Shanghai, before finishing in Abu Dhabi in October.
At each competition, the top 40 riders after the qualifying rounds come together for the LGCT Grand Prix on Saturday.
