This Saturday, two CHPG nurses from Monaco will be on the starting line of the Aïcha des Gazelles rally

This Saturday from Nice, Patricia Cappelli from Roquebrun and Lorène Ilacqua from Mentonnaise, two CHPG nurses working with children, will be heading for Morocco for this orienteering rally.

Come on, let's do a rally-raid". On the morning of 5 January 2020, Patricia Cappelli and Lorène Ilacqua saw the robust Africa Eco Race vehicles parked on the Rondelli stadium in Menton, not far from the New Year's bath they were taking part in.

This Saturday, two years after this promise in 15°C water, these two colleagues working in the paediatric-neonatal department of the Princess Grace Hospital will line up at the start of the Aïcha des Gazelles rally. An orienteering race with 195 all-female crews.

Two decades separate Patricia and Lorène, but they share the same spirit of madness and the same thirst for adventure.
